At the starting line this morning

Here was the scene this morning at the start of the timed race on the Ann Richards bridge. That's Governor Perry in the white shirt, Drill Sergeant Devora Curley to his left and board member Becky Kapes Osmon in front of the Govenor wearing the red shirt and cap.

I would like to thank the Governor for his support this morning. Mrs. Perry has also been supportive, as she is a regular speaker each October at our ceremony at the Capitol.
